This incredible achievement was awarded during the recent Hino Dealer of the Year virtual awards ceremony, where we were also announced as one of the inaugural winners of the Hino Australia President’s Award!
During the ceremony, we were honoured to be recognized by Hino Australia as one of the longest-standing Hino dealers in Australia and our dedicated team were congratulated on the exceptional results we achieved in 2021.
Paul Crawford, CMV Group Managing Director, is extremely proud to have been awarded the Metropolitan Dealer of the Year Award for the third time.
“It’s hard to describe the excitement and pride we all felt at being announced the Metropolitan Dealer of the Year for 2021. I want to thank all our employees and their partners for their role in our success. It really was a wonderful team effort from the CMI Hino Adelaide team, led by Nathan Chatfield, during a challenging year.
The award feels even more special knowing the professionalism and quality of the other Hino dealerships around Australia. The healthy competition between us all is really a win/win, a win for the whole Hino network and a win for our customers, as we all constantly strive to improve in all areas of the business.
I also want to acknowledge and thank Sam Suda, President and CEO of Hino Australia for having the vision to introduce the Hino President’s Award to Australia.
For two of our dealerships, CMI Hino Adelaide and CMI Hino Melbourne to be recognised as inaugural winners was as exciting as it was humbling,” says Paul.
Nathan Chatfield, CMI Hino Adelaide General Manager, is also very proud of the incredible results that his team achieved together in 2021.
“Winning this award is a fantastic acknowledgement for the team as a whole and the effort of all in delivering the best possible products and service to our customers. We’re very proud to represent Hino; we started life as a Hino dealer in 1970 and it’s what we know.
The Hino brand is in such a strong position now thanks to Sam and his team at Hino Motor Sales Australia. I’d just like to thank the whole team at Regency Park and Lonsdale for their efforts, especially over the past two years which have been particularly challenging,” says Nathan.
To wrap up what was already an amazing awards ceremony for our team, we also received Gold for Parts Excellence (Metropolitan), and Silver in the Service Excellence (Metropolitan)!
