2024 Hino Dealer of the Year Awards

Hino Australia’s annual awards ceremony celebrates excellence across its Australian dealer network, highlighting those who have demonstrated outstanding performance in sales, service, and customer experience.

The night began on a high note as our team proudly claimed the Sales Excellence (Metro) Gold Award for the second consecutive year. Accepting the award was our Sales Manager, Dani Brown, who expressed gratitude towards our sales team.

“Winning this award for the second year in a row is proof to the hard work and dedication of our entire team. We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers, and this recognition reinforces our efforts.”

“I would like to sincerely thank our sales team for their incredible dedication and hard work over the past year. Their commitment to delivering outstanding results and going above and beyond every day has been instrumental in achieving this award. This recognition is a reflection of their passion and perseverance, and I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve accomplished together," said Dani.

As the night continued, we were extremely proud to also receive the Outstanding Service Retention Award.

Reflecting on this achievement, Service Manager, Michael Papas, expressed his appreciation of both our team and loyal customers.

“We are extremely proud to be accepting this award. We are grateful for the ongoing loyalty our customers show us and we would like to thank them for trusting their trucks with us.”

We were also proud to be presented with the prestigious President’s Award for the fourth year in a row which recognises our outstanding contributions to the Hino brand.

Nathan Chatfield, CMI Hino Adelaide General Manager, proudly accepted this award on behalf of our team.

“We are incredibly honoured to receive the prestigious President’s Award, standing alongside so many Hino dealers. This recognition reflects the dedication, passion, and hard work of our entire team at CMI Hino Adelaide. Every department has played a crucial role in ensuring we deliver the highest standards of excellence to our customers.”

We were also proud to be recognised for 55 years of representing Hino Trucks Australia. CMV Group Joint Managing Director, Daniel Crawford, took to the stage on the night to collect the award on behalf of our team.

As well as the awards our team received, our sister dealership, CMI Hino Melbourne, was also recognised for their contributions and received a range of awards including Silver for Service Excellence (Metro), Medium Duty Top Selling Dealer (Metro), Outstanding Service Retention (Metro), and the team were also awarded the Parts Target Award.

CMI Hino Melbourne General Manager, Marta Gawlik, congratulated her team on a successful year.
