2025 Hino Dealer of the Year Awards
On Saturday, February 28, Hino Australia hosted their annual Hino Dealer of the Year Awards at Luna Park in Sydney and our team were excited to attend.
Hino Australia’s annual awards provide an opportunity to acknowledge the collective efforts of the dealer network, particularly those that have delivered outstanding results in sales, parts, service and customer satisfaction throughout the past year.
The night began on a high note as our team proudly claimed the prestigious Metropolitan Dealer of the Year award for the sixth time.
On presenting the award to our team, President and CEO of Hino Australia, Richard Emery, said, “Hino Australia’s nationwide network of over 60 dealerships delivers a customer-first approach to sales and aftersales, supporting both new and existing customers.”
“CMI Hino Adelaide has again demonstrated a consistently high level of performance, and this recognition reflects the team’s focus on quality, professionalism and customer satisfaction.”
In addition to the Metropolitan Dealer of the Year title, CMI Hino Adelaide delivered a clean sweep of the Sales Excellence (Metro), Parts Excellence (Metro) and Service Excellence (Metro) awards and was a recipient of the prestigious President’s Award for the fifth consecutive year.
CMI Hino Adelaide General Manager, Nathan Chatfield, acknowledged the strength and collaborative nature of his team when accepting the Metropolitan Dealer of the Year award on behalf of the dealership.
“This award, and the others we have received tonight, are a testament to the strength of our CMI Adelaide Hino team, 2025 was one of the most difficult years we have faced, and we have shown how much we can achieve working together.
“I’m exceptionally proud of all of the CMI Hino Adelaide team,” Nathan concluded.
As well as the awards our team received, our sister dealership, CMI Hino Melbourne, was also recognised for their commitment to delivering consistently high levels of customer service, receiving the Customer Experience Award (Metropolitan).
CMI Hino Melbourne General Manager, Marta Gawlik, congratulated her team on receiving this award.
