Back to Back Dealer of the Year Winner

Nathan Chatfield, CMI Hino Adelaide General Manager, paid tribute to our team when accepting the award for the fourth time.

“We are a very proud, long term Hino dealer – Hino is in our blood and our DNA and we are honoured to represent such a fantastic and quality brand,” said Nathan.

“I am extremely proud of the CMI Hino Adelaide team – winning awards like this are easy when you have a team like we do. 

“We have such a wonderful group of people who work incredibly hard at everything they do whilst embodying the CMV Group’s Values, and this award is a very fitting tribute to their efforts,” Nathan concluded. 

Paul Crawford, CMV Group Managing Director, echoed Nathan’s sentiments.

“We are extremely proud to be recognised as the Dealer of the Year for the second year in a row. There are many excellent Hino dealerships in the Australian network, so we are both proud and humbled to be recognised in this way.  This award would simply not be possible without the support of the entire CMI Hino Adelaide team, our franchisor Hino and our valued customers.

“It really was a team effort to be awarded Dealer of the Year once again, and I thank them on behalf of the CMV Group for their role in the company’s success,” said Paul.

This year’s awards were held in Queensland against the backdrop of the Intercontinental Brisbane’s Lagoon Beach, and were hosted by Hino Ambassador, Neil Crompton.

“After a tumultuous few years which saw last year’s event hosted virtually, it was important for our dealers to gather together and celebrate all of the achievements in 2022,” said Sam Suda, Hino Australia President and CEO.

“It is the second consecutive Dealer of the Year title for CMI Hino Adelaide, which is an amazing achievement,” continued Mr Suda.

As well as the prestigious Dealer of the Year Award, the CMI Hino Adelaide team were also awarded Gold Service Excellence for the Metro Region, which is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our service teams at both Regency Park and Lonsdale.

For the second consecutive year, CMI Hino Adelaide were also a recipient of the prestigious President’s Award, which recognises demonstrated excellence in all aspects of Parts, Sales and Service. President’s Awards were also received by our sister dealerships CMI Hino Melbourne and BMG Hino (Mt Gambier).

To wrap up what was already an incredible night, the CMI Hino Adelaide team were also proud to be recognised with Silver Sales Excellence (Metro).

“My sincere thanks to all of the dealers in the Hino network for their efforts to deliver an exceptional experience to all Hino customers during 2022,” said Mr Suda.

“Congratulations to those whose excellence has been recognised,” he concluded.
