Important Information for our Customers & Suppliers


As a valued customer, supplier or friend of CMI Hino Adelaide and Lonsdale, we wanted to give you an update following the State Government's removal of the lockdown restrictions from 12.01am Wednesday, July 28, to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

Following the State Government's removal of the lockdown restrictions from 12.01am Wednesday, July 28, CMI Hino Adelaide's sales, service, parts and accessories departments remain open, albeit with measures in place to ensure your safety and the safety of our team.

  • When you arrive at CMI Hino Adelaide and Lonsdale, you will be required to check in via the QR Codes displayed at our entry points.
  • Please ensure that you are wearing a mask whilst on site. If you don't have a mask, our team will be able to provide you with one. All customer facing staff are also required to wear a mask.
  • We ask that you maintain appropriate social distancing at all times and take note of the density requirements in each area.

If you are feeling unwell or have visited a COVID-19 hotspot, we ask that you please do not visit our dealership. We are more than happy to assist you over the phone or via email.


Our Service Departments at both Regency Park and Lonsdale are open. 

Contactless protocols are in place and we ask that you carefully follow the instructions provided by our service advisors at the time of your booking and whilst on site.

Our drivers lounge at Regency Park is available but at a reduced capacity. Where possible, please leave your vehicle with our team rather than waiting on site.


If you have an emergency or breakdown please call 8243 8100, and a member of our team will assist you.


Our team are on site and we are continuing to take new or used vehicle orders and enquiries. If you are unable to visit us at the dealership, our team are available to assist you over the phone, Facetime or via video conferencing.


Our Parts and Accessories showroom is open and our team are on hand to assist you. If you are unable to visit our showroom, our team are happy to assist with the sale of parts over the phone and are continuing to offer online parts orders.

For our business customers, we are pleased to provide contactless delivery and collection, and emergency breakdown assistance.
