Proudly hosting our Customer Event at CMI Hino Lonsdale

It was wonderful to have the opportunity to welcome valued customers, plus staff from both our Regency Park and Lonsdale sites, for a wonderful afternoon of great company, delicious food, and exciting giveaways.

With the area outside of the office set up as a mini ‘beer garden’ with wine barrels and umbrellas, guests enjoyed a range of ice-cold drinks from Are You Being Served. They were also greeted with the mouth-watering aroma of freshly cooked pizzas thanks to The Perfect Slice, who served up a delicious selection straight from their pizza oven throughout the afternoon.

Kicking off formalities was Nathan Chatfield, CMI Hino Adelaide General Manager, who warmly welcomed everyone, expressing his appreciation for our customers’ ongoing support and acknowledging the significance of the event.

“Today is a special occasion for us, not only because we get to spend an afternoon with everyone here, but also to celebrate the opening of our brand-new office here at Lonsdale”

This new space represents a major step forward for us, allowing operations to become more efficient while providing an even higher level of service and support to our southern customers,” explained Nathan.

Nathan also took the opportunity to acknowledge our amazing Lonsdale team and their commitment to providing our renowned high levels of customer service each day.

“This team is dedicated, hardworking, and committed to ensuring your trucks are kept in top condition. A big thank you for the work they do every single day,” said Nathan.

Before handing over to our Lonsdale Service Manager, Dylan Arbon, Nathan again thanked our valued customers for their continued support of CMI Hino Adelaide.

“We truly appreciate your business, your trust, and the relationships we’ve built over the years,” said Nathan.

Following Nathan’s sentiments, Dylan also took the opportunity to recognise the significance of opening the new office and how it will benefit our customers.

“This new space is going to make a huge difference in how we operate, allowing us to provide better support to our customers and ensure that our service is as efficient and seamless as possible.”

“Our goal has always been to keep your business moving by providing reliable, high-quality service, and we’re committed to continuing to do just that,” said Dylan.

Dylan then also spoke about leading such a dedicated team and thanked them for their hard work and commitment.

“The dedication and hard work of the Lonsdale team does not go unnoticed, and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together.”

Every member of our team plays a key role in ensuring that we meet our customers’ needs, and I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work alongside,” said Dylan.

Following the Nathan and Dylan speeches, they had the fun task of drawing the winners of our raffle – a moment we know many had been awaiting for as there were some great prizes up for grabs!

The first prize of the afternoon was a collection of branded merchandise, provided by the team at Wurth. The lucky winner was MacKenzie – congratulations!

The second prize was a voucher to book minor service at CMI Hino Lonsdale. Congratulations to Barry from SA Landscape who was drawn as the lucky winner!

The the last winner was Mark from HDL Auto Equipment who won a set of steer axle tyres, with two tyres supplied by TyreMAX and fitted by our Lonsdale team.

Congratulations again to all of our winners - we hope you enjoy your prizes and a special thank you to our suppliers who generously donated towards the giveaway—your support is much appreciated.

With formalities wrapped up, guests took the opportunity to enjoy a relaxed afternoon of networking, refreshments, and great food.

The afternoon was a fantastic success, bringing together customers and staff to celebrate the official opening of our new office.

A big thank you to all our fantastic customers for taking time out of their Friday afternoon to join us and we look forward to seeing you again at future events.
